| Here is a funny video of Katelyn. Sorry I forgot to film in horizontal format, but I still think this is funny. :)

| Katelyn is 3 weeks old today. Katelyn now weights 7 lbs and 11 oz. She is definitely growing because she starts to fit into some of the bigger newborn clothes, which is very exciting! Katelyn still sleeps a lot, she tends to be more sleepy during the day and more active at night, which is bad for me because I cannot sleep whenever she makes any sound. She is also like an alarm clock, she knows when exactly is time to eat and she makes sure I don't forget either. Afternoon nap is precious and I do cherish every moment of it.
Here are few of my favorite photos of Katelyn so far:

| March 28, 2008 marks the birthday of our first baby - Katelyn Aliza Cheng's Birthday. She was born in St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital, Camarillo at 10:08 AM. (Ya she was about 9 days early, original due date is today, April 6) She weighted 6 lbs and 13 oz and 20.5 inches long. She is a beautiful baby, a wonderful creation of God. Time flies, she has been born for over a week already and she is growing and gaining more weight. We (Me, Solomon and my mom) enjoy every moment with her and yesterday we gave her the first bath.... ya, she cried like we were trying to drown her or something. I bet soon she will find bath time enjoyable and I can't wait to put little rubber ducky into the tub and let her play with it.

| Baby Miso will arrive in less than 3 weeks. I started my maternity leave this Monday and just taking time to rest. My mom arrived on March 9 and we have been so blessed with her cooking. We are glad she can come and help us.

| Can you believe just within two and a half months, our first baby girl will finally get to meet the world?? I feel like this is coming up so fast and I hardly have time to understand, think or imagine. Simply put -- "What are we going to do when she is here?" h.a....
The past week had been tough, I got sick and so did Solomon. In fact Sol is recovering much slower even tho he is able to take medication. Somehow God just make pregnant mother stronger and I believe my baby girl is helping me to fight off these bad germs. I was sick for about 3 days, and today I am finally feeling NORMAL and much better. Praise God!
I thought to share some of the FAQ and "comments" people have while I am pregnant. (I believe typical for all pregnant woman)
FAQ: - When are you due? - When is your exact due date? - Do you know if it is a boy or a girl? - Have you thought of a name yet? - Is anyone coming to help you? - Are you going to be working after the baby is born? - Do you have any morning sickness? (Ya, people still asked that when I am in my 3rd trimester) - How are you doing? - Any special cravings? - What kind of food you cannot eat? - Are you nervous? - Are you excited? - Are you ready?
Comments: - Wow you are a lot bigger! - You have the mommy's glow, you must be having a GIRL! - You look great! - You are eating for TWO! - Enjoy your time before the baby comes! - Read about baby care before the baby comes. - Walk more, eat healthy.
I do praise God for my pregnancy so far. It has been going well and now I am in my 30 weeks, I start to feel some difference. For example:
- I walk funny - I don't enjoy my sleep as much - Sleeping sideway has been a challenge for me - I always forget to do my kegel and breathing exercise - I need to take iron supplement - I can feel the baby kicking and moving ALL the time! (praise God) - I actually don't eat as much as I used to - Never a comfortable position - I look bigger and I am bigger - My belly button is popping out slowly. (heee...) - I am eager to meet my baby girl
It had been 7 months already and now just 2 more months or so, our baby will greet all of you. I can't wait yet I feel I can wait! We still have so much to do, the baby room is not even ready. But praise God for those who gave us their baby stuff. That will save us some $. Thank you to you. (you know who you are)
Stay tune till the next post!
